Our ambitious Vixx Mortgages team is looking for a new colleague. 

You will be the first point of contact for our mortgage customers. You will assist our mortgage advisors, answer questions from customers and will be of assistance when the banks are processing their mortgage files. You work closely with our advisors and will get plenty of opportunity to take responsibility for the processing of files.

Vixx helps businesses, entrepeneurs and private individuals taking care of all their affairs. We do this by providing business and financial advice. We have three branches and ten franchisees, giving us a nationwide presence in the Netherlands.

This is what you will do for our customers

You are the link between our customers, advisors and the 35+ banks we independently do business with. This obviously includes being keen to dive into different mortgage files. You understand the content and will try to solve issues yourself before approaching colleagues and customers for additional information. If possible, you will advice the customer accordingly. You will get in touch with an advisor if you need any additional information or advise.

Job profile

You have experiencing working at a mortgage advisory department and enjoy helping customers. Being their point of contact, you understand how stressful a mortgage application process can be, and you will go out of your way to make customers feel comfortable. You feel responsible for a smooth process of the mortgage application and are happy to go the extra mile.

• ​ HBO level, professionally and intellectually
• ​ Approximately five years experience in the mortgage sector
• In possession of WFT basic + mortgage loans
• ​ Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• ​ Customer focussed
