You provide advice to our customers, helping them make the right decisions when it comes to their mortgage. We don’t put the product first, but the challenges the customer faces. Being a consultant, you understand a mortgage is quite something. You have enough knowledge and experience to be able to think creatively and find solutions. You follow up leads to convince them that Vixx can find the best solution for the challenges they are facing. You obviously do this in the fresh, open and focussed manner which suits Vixx perfectly. If your customer is happy with the advice you provided, you will hand over the file to our experienced and professional back office, who will handle the rest of the process.<\/p>\n

Job profile<\/h2>\n

You have got experience as a mortgage advisor and love helping out customers. As a specialist, you understand applying for a mortgage can be stressful for customers and you will go out of your way to make them feel at ease. You feel responsible for process of application to run smoothly and will do the best you can for the customer. You are sociable, emphatic and competent.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • HBO level, professionally and intellectually<\/li>\n
  • Sufficient experience to provide advice independently<\/li>\n
  • In possession of the required WFT\u2019s<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing<\/li>\n
  • Customer focussed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
